did you connect to domain or office environment?

what VPN are you using?

can you add VPN connection? the option should be under VPN, go to setting, Change PC settings, then tap or click Network, and then tap or click Connections.Under VPN, tap or click Add a VPN connection (provide screen shoot if you cant find it)

based on VPN and type of connection that you are using, there must be some documentation within their website. Some of VPN client need some DNE update or need to install software in order to connect to VPN

Hi,

I agree with above suggestions.

In addition, have you test the issue under new user account? When did this issue happened?

If it just happened recently, system restore can be helpful to solve this issue.

The bottom where I have highlighted is what the User doesn't see. When I remote in to his PC I can't see either on his. (This is a screen cap of my computer) but in the connections pane (TOP) I can see those connections on his PC. I don't know if this makes sense, I am trying to get the info about what type of VPN we are working with I am new at this company.

Hi,

Is this computer in a Domain? If so, please try to exit the domain and rejoin to check the results.

Also, let try following command to repair the system components:

Please make sure to run CMD as Administrator:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

In addition, please help to test that create a local network connection, and see if it will appear in Networks pane.

For further troubleshooting I consider if there is any access denied behavior during your creating the VPN connection on this computer, please use process monitor to capture the trace when creating the VPN connection, any denied items, post back for our research.
